These terms of use apply to the use of the KeepingTime application for personal time tracking.
2. Use of the Service
Use is permitted exclusively for authorised users. Any misuse, in particular sharing access credentials, is prohibited.
3. Accounts
Users are responsible for the security of their login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts without giving reasons.
4. Availability
We do not guarantee constant availability of the service. Maintenance work may lead to temporary interruptions.
5. Limitation of Liability
Liability for data loss or damages arising from use of the service is limited to intentional misconduct and gross negligence.
6. Changes
These terms of use may be changed at any time. Users will be informed of material changes by email.
7. Governing Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
